Berlin Marathon: Eat, Drink, Salt
Eat, Drink, Salt! When I was racing triathlons and especially during Ironman races, eating and drinking was considered to be the 4th element of the triathlon. It was so important to dial this in. If you didn’t get this right, it would easily make your race miserable....

Berlin Marathon: Getting into routine!
Let's begin! I'm gearing up for the race and knew I needed a coach to help me reach my full potential. Enter Jay, who I found through the VDot app. He uses the proven Jack Daniels running philosophy, which focuses on targeted workouts rather than just mindless miles....

Oh, Sh*t! I’m Running the Berlin Marathon: My First Shot and I’m In!
March 29th, 2024
Oh, sh*t! Guess who snagged a spot in the 2024 Berlin Marathon? Yep, yours truly. And get this—it was my very first attempt at entering the race. First try, first win!
I’ve already tackled New York, London, and Chicago. Berlin’s next in line, and once I conquer that, it’s just Boston and Tokyo left to check off the Big 6 list.

I’ll be sharing my journey with you—no fluff, no frills. Just real talk from someone who’s been there, done that, and is gearing up to do it all over again. So buckle up, because it’s going to be an exciting ride ahead.
